Nils Osterhoff

Nils Osterhoff serves as the Head of Compliance Europe at Markel Insurance SE since July 2022, previously holding compliance roles at ELEMENT Insurance AG from January 2019 to July 2022 and SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe from August 2006 to December 2018. Osterhoff gained significant expertise in compliance through various positions including Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager, alongside earlier roles in customer service and insurance training.
