Kelly Attfield has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Kelly worked at Markerstudy Insurance from 2013, starting as a First Party Claims Manager and later becoming the Head of Customer Claims. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Directline group, where they held various roles including Claims Operational Manager and Claims Relationship Manager. Kelly has knowledge in managing motor and home claims, both in call center and non-call center environments, and has experience managing a large number of employees.
