Alexia Cruz Guerra has a diverse work experience. Alexia started their career at Market America, Inc. in 2013, where they held various roles. Alexia began as an Account Services Specialist, responsible for facilitating client services. In 2014, they transitioned to a Computer Support Specialist role. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Advanced Communications Specialist, handling worldwide leads and assisting with retention processes for Unfranchise Owners. In 2018, they were promoted to Lead Advanced Communications Specialist, taking on additional responsibilities in connecting leads with field distributors.

In 2022, Alexia joined Vargas Media Group as a Service Coordinator. Their responsibilities involve liaising with clients, managing service quotes, bookings, contracts, and payments. Alexia works closely with the CEO to enhance business growth and has shown immediate improvement in response time to inquiries.
