Jean Horning

Jean Horning has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jean began their career as a Sales Director for Mary Kay Independent Consultant, where they led and motivated a unit of over 200 women in sales and recruiting. During their time there, they achieved impressive sales figures for three consecutive years.

Jean then transitioned to an Administrative Assistant role at Symphogen before joining Country Meadows as a Nurse. In this role, they were responsible for medication administration, supervising staff, and documenting nursing assessments and observations.

Jean further expanded their healthcare experience by working as an Assistant Clinical Care Director at Keystone Villa and as a Sales and Marketing Liaison at Berks Visiting Nurse Association. In these positions, they facilitated home health referrals, collaborated with staff and physicians, and marketed services in the respective areas.

Jean also gained sales and marketing expertise during their tenure at Market America, where they promoted wellness products and high-performance items.

Jean later joined Encompass Health as an Area Sales Manager and an Account Executive, managing accounts, facilitating sales and marketing, and overseeing the referral process.

Currently, Jean is an Account Executive at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, focusing on account management and sales growth.

Outside of their professional career, they served as President of Fleetwood Rotary through Rotary International and demonstrated leadership skills in this role.

Jean Horning attended Willow Street Vo-Tech from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Nursing and obtained a degree in the same field of study.
