Liliana Camara has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Liliana currently holds the position of Global Training Manager at Market America, Inc., where they identify training needs, designs and implements training programs, and enhances existing programs for better engagement and retention. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Universidad de Caldas, where they obtained a BA in Modern Languages with a focus on English and Spanish.
