Marina Capel

Marina Capel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1994, they began their career at PwC, Singapore as a Senior Tax Manager, where they worked until 2001. Marina then joined Thomson Reuters as the VP Head of Tax - Asia from 2001 to 2009. Marina continued their journey at Thomson Reuters Corp Inc in 2009, serving as the VP, International Tax & Head of Financial & Risk Transfer Pricing until 2016. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Presenter at Out & Equal Workplace Advocates. Marina then took on multiple roles at Alltre LLC/Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage/American Income Life, starting in 2016, where they empowered others to make informed choices about their personal investments and financial security. In 2018, Marina joined Market America, Inc. as the Global Tax Manager, and later that year, they also became a Tax Consultant at Alltre LLC.

Marina Capel attended the National University of Singapore from 1982 to 1985. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later on, Marina again attended the National University of Singapore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law. In addition to their formal education, Marina also obtained a certification in "Outlook Quick Tips" from LinkedIn in December 2020.
