Nayana Soman Mehta

Nayana Soman Mehta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nayana started their career as a Team Lead at Citigroup Global Services in 2004 and later became an Assistant Manager at Citibank in 2006. In 2007, they joined Evalueserve Business Consulting as a Manager and worked there until 2010. In 2012, they joined Thunderbird School of Global Management as a Client Director in the Executive Education department. Nayana was responsible for managing open enrollment programs in areas such as Global Leadership, Strategy, Cross-Cultural Negotiations, Strategic Team Management, and International Consortia. Nayana worked there until 2013. Since 2017, they have been working at Market America, Inc. in a Project Management role.

Nayana Soman Mehta completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal between the years 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Brihan Maharashtra College Of Commerce. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Marketing in a Digital World from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in January 2017.
