Zoe Leung has over 19 years of experience in human resources and administration. Zoe started their career as a Personnel & Administration Officer at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 2001 and worked their way up to become a Personnel & Administration Manager. During their time at HKMA, Zoe provided professional HR advice and services to support the execution of business plans and strategies.

In 2010, Zoe joined Market America, Inc. as the Human Resources & Admin. Manager for the Market Hong Kong Ltd office. Zoe was responsible for establishing a proper and professional HR & Admin. department and acting as a bridge between the management team and employees through effective communication. Zoe continued their tenure at Market America, Inc. until 2013.

Zoe then joined The Marketing Store as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. Zoe'srole at The Marketing Store lasted from 2013 to 2015.

In 2016, Zoe returned to Market America, Inc. as the Human Resources & Admin. Manager for the Hong Kong office. In this role, they partnered closely with the headquarters and regional HR teams to act as the key HR contact point. Zoe led the execution of all HR and Admin. matters, ensuring alignment with company-wide business strategy, values, and objectives. Zoe'sresponsibilities included employee engagement relations, recruitment/retention, performance management, talent management, change management, compensation & benefits, and HR project management.

Zoe Leung obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Sydney University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
