Sheldon Rapoza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sheldon began their career as an Expo at Red Robin in 2005 and later worked as an Admin Support at SunTrust from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Market Leader Inc. as an Account Executive, selling software solutions to realtors and eventually became a Team Lead. Sheldon then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager, managing a team of Account Executives and working with enterprise relationships like Keller Williams Realty and Century 21. In 2014, they became a National Sales Manager at Trulia, responsible for leading and developing sales teams. In 2015, they joined Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies as a Sales Manager, where they were involved in creating a new division and was responsible for recruiting, training, and implementing new sales processes. Sheldon later returned to Market Leader in 2016, first as a Senior Director of Sales and Service and then as a Senior Director of Revenue Operations in the Agent Business Division.

Sheldon Rapoza attended the University of Washington from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. Prior to their university education, Sheldon completed their high school education at Skyline High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Sheldon Rapoza also obtained a certification in Social Selling from Sales for Life in March 2017.
