Marija Pizurica

Marija Pizurica is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic people management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Market Logic Software since March 2022, Marija focuses on fostering a diverse and growth-oriented organizational culture. Previously held the position of Senior Lead People and Organization Business Partner at Zalando, where strategic advising and coaching for executive leadership were key responsibilities. Marija's prior roles include Chief People Officer at Liber Finance Group, Head of HR for Development & IT and Product Management at Adform, and various HR positions at Smith Micro Software, Inc. and Delhaize Serbia. Educationally, Marija holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad.
