Iram Shah

Iram Shah started their work experience as an HR Intern at The Park Hotels in February 2007. Iram then joined Accenture as a Recruiter in April 2008, where they provided sourcing support for Accenture's Enterprise Workforce Team. In March 2011, they became a Lead Technical Recruiter at Softpath System, LLC, recruiting for mid to senior-level IT positions for clients such as State of North Carolina and Verizon Wireless. From May 2013 to March 2022, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Nutech Information Systems, recruiting IT professionals for the Financial and Healthcare Industry in the NY, NJ, and CT area. Currently, they are a Technical Recruiter (Engineering and Product) at MarketAxess, a leading provider of global fixed income trading platforms, data, and post-trade solutions.

Iram Shah completed an MBA in HR and Marketing from Bangalore University, with studies carried out between 2005 and 2007.
