Kelvin Dimmock

Kelvin Dimmock has a extensive work experience in the field of IT application support and production support in the financial industry. Kelvin started their career at Telewest in 1996, providing support for customer accounts and billing systems. Kelvin then moved on to Abbey National Treasury Services where they worked as an IT Operations Support Analyst, covering multiple platforms and systems. In 2001, they joined Abbey Financial Markets where they were responsible for IT application support for various post-trade applications. After that, they worked at Santander Global Banking & Markets as a Support Analyst, providing IT application support for credit derivatives trading systems. In 2008, they joined HSBC Securities as an Equities Support Analyst and was later promoted to Equities Finance IT Support Manager. Kelvin also worked as an Equities Post Trade Senior Production Support Manager at HSBC Securities. Currently, they are working at MarketAxess as a Post Trade Production Support Manager, overseeing the trading platform and post trade services team. Overall, Kelvin has gained extensive knowledge and experience in IT support roles within the financial industry.

Kelvin Dimmock completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computing (Information Management) from Arden University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended Basildon College from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Information Technology but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, Kelvin received various certifications throughout their career. These include the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2023, Management Skills for an IT Environment from Learning Tree International in August 2013, ITIL Foundation from APMG-International in June 2011, Solaris UNIX Part II from Reach Training & Coaching Ltd in July 1999, Solaris UNIX Fundamentals from classic training in December 1998, OpenVMS for Users from Global Knowledge Network in December 1996, OpenVMS for Advanced Users and Programmers from Global Knowledge Network in December 1996, and a BTEC National Diploma (IT) from Thurrock and Basildon College in July 1996.
