Rohan Ahlawat

Rohan Ahlawat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rohan started their career as a Sales Associate at Tiger Tiger in 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they were a member of the Fareham Youth Council, where they worked on various projects and initiatives to support young people in the community. In 2016, they interned at Lamb Brooks LLP, gaining valuable experience in legal processes and client communication. Rohan also worked as a Count Assistant for Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council during the EU Referendum. In the same year, they facilitated a Political Literacy Course at Shout Out UK, sharing their knowledge of current affairs and political procedures.

While pursuing their degree in Government and History at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2014 to 2017, Rohan achieved notable performance in their coursework.

Since joining MarketAxess in 2017, Rohan has taken on various roles. Rohan started as a sales graduate and later became a MarketAxess Hedge Fund Data Sales representative. Following this, they took on a larger role as a Market Data Sales representative covering the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and UK Hedge Funds. In 2021, they expanded their responsibilities to include the entire Asia-Pacific region in addition to French, BeNeLux, and UK clients and dealers as a Data Sales Relationship Manager.

Rohan Ahlawat completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2008 to 2012, they attended The Portsmouth Grammar School, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Rohan then continued their studies at the same school from 2012 to 2014, completing their A-Levels. Following this, Rohan Ahlawat enrolled at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Government and History. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications. In May 2010, they received the IFS Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Personal Finance from the National Qualifications Authority. In July 2012, they earned the Level 2 Award in Aspects of Enterprise from SFEDI Awards. Most recently, in December 2017, Rohan Ahlawat obtained the UK Financial Regulation (Capital Markets Programme) certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
