Xia Yu

Xia Yu has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. They started their career at Commerzbank AG in 2008 as a Trainee in Investment Banking Finance, followed by a role as a Specialist in the same field. They then transitioned to a role as Fixed Income Sales at the same company. In 2015, Xia joined Tradeweb as Vice President of Sales. They later worked at Thomson Reuters as a Fixed Income Proposition Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Xia is employed at MarketAxess as a Fixed Income Dealer Sales.

Xia Yu began their education in 1999 at Shanghai International Studies University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General. Xia completed their studies in 2003. Additionally, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Fudan University and obtained a second major in International Economy and Trade. Xia Yu then continued their education at Universität Rostock, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Information Systems from 2004 to 2008.
