Heather Bruder

Heather Bruder, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role is as Director, Talent Acquisition Business Partner at MarketCast since November 2022. Before that, they worked at Kantar as a Talent Acquisition Partner & NA Team Lead from February 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Recruiter at Advanced RPO from April 2017 to February 2021, and an Experienced Hire Recruiting Sourcer at ADP RPO, LLC from August 2015 to April 2017. In terms of academia, Heather was the Department Chair of Health, Fitness and Sport Science at Bluffton University from August 2013 to August 2015. Heather also held the position of Assistant Professor Sport Management and Head Women's Softball Coach at Bluffton University from September 2006 to August 2015. Additionally, they served as the Head Softball Coach (Seasonal) at USA Athletes International from June 2004 to June 2010. Heather's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Women's Administrator, Assistant Compliance Coordinator, and Head Women's Softball Coach at Northwood University from January 2001 to August 2006.

Heather Bruder, PhD completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Alma College in 1999. Heather went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Sports Administration from Central Michigan University in 2005. In 2017, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education and Sports Management from Northcentral University. Heather Bruder, PhD also holds additional certifications in CIR and CSSR from AIRS.
