Jigna Karelia-Shah has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Jigna currently works at MarketCast as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company. Jigna also worked at ADP as a Principal Recruiter and a Corporate Recruiter, where they specialized in onsite RPO projects for Bank of America.
