Richard Edwards has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Richard has held various leadership roles at different companies, contributing to the growth and success of each organization.

Starting with their most recent experience at MarketCast, Richard served as the SVP of Enterprise IT and Security. During their tenure, they transformed the IT department into a multi-disciplined organization, elevating security rankings and leading the consolidation of multiple acquisitions.

Prior to that, they held the role of VP of IT and Infrastructure at Freshly-Nestlé U.S., where they optimized the corporate IT stack and organized a successful migration to GCP, enabling remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Richard also served in leadership positions at Freshly, Scholastic, and Gilt.com. At Freshly, they played a vital role in the company's IT strategy, implementing solutions for rapid growth and ensuring compliance in a geographically dispersed workforce. At Scholastic, they managed projects and implemented best practice solutions to streamline HRIS workflow. And at Gilt.com, Richard led the global IT team, managing infrastructure, security, and end user support.

Prior to these roles, Richard founded RFE Consulting LLC, providing consultation and implementation services to startups and high-growth organizations. Richard also worked for Ramapo Indian Hills HS District, overseeing district systems and technologies, and Jersey City Public Schools, where they designed and directed a high-tech media center.

Richard Edwards attended Bergen Community College from 1985 to 1988 and earned an Associate's Degree in Arts and Science.
