Allison began their career as an Associate Engineer (Coop Program) at GDS Associates, Inc. in 2001, where they gained valuable engineering experience. In 2006, they joined Manhattan Associates as a Consultant, contributing their expertise in project management. After working for SolutionBuilt as a Project Manager in 2010, Allison joined MarkeTeam, where they held various roles in analytics. Allison started as a Data Analyst in 2010 and worked their way up to become the Vice President of Analytics in 2022.
