Thomas Krouse, CFA has been involved in the finance industry for over twenty years. From 1999 to 2006, they served as an Investment & Business Valuation and Executive Management Consultant; Startup Creator & Co-Founder at The Konodomo Group, and from 2004 to 2006 they were the COO & Tactical Portfolio Manager at Connective Capital Management, LLC. From 2004 to 2007, they were the Chief Operating Officer/CFO/CCO at Parallax Volatility Advisers, LP, and from 2007 to 2016 they were the Interim CEO, Executive Vice President, and Portfolio Manager at Marketocracy Capital Management, LLC. In 2014, they ran for California State Assembly, and in 2016 and 2018 they ran for California State Assembly, District 76. In 2016, they also served as COO/CFO at Image Orthodontics, and from 2020 they have been the COO/CFO at Image Orthodontics dba Ideal Dental Management Partners, LLC. Additionally, from 2004 to 2006, they were a Professor at Moscow University Touro, where they developed course curricula and taught undergraduate classes in Finance, Macroeconomics, and Accounting.

Thomas Krouse, CFA obtained their high school diploma from Menlo School in 1986. Thomas then attended Stanford University, graduating in 1990 with an A.B. in Economics. In 1993, they obtained the General Securities Representative Examination - Series 7 from the NASD OTC Securities Exchange. In 1997, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. In 1998, they obtained the S.E.C.Registered Investment Adviser certification from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. From 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, graduating with an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2004, they obtained the General Securities Representative Examination - Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In 2005, they obtained the Financial and Operations Principal Examination - Series 27 and the General Securities Principal Examination - Series 24 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In 2017, they obtained the Insurance Agent (Life & Health) certification from the State of California.
