Vice President, Institutional SFR Investment Mgmt at Marketplace Homes

Todd Calloway has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Todd currently serves as the Vice President of Institutional SFR Investment Management at Marketplace Homes, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Todd worked as the Vice President of Adult Living Solutions at the same company starting in January 2020.

Before joining Marketplace Homes, Todd was the Managing Partner and Asset Director at THE PEBBLE TOWN GROUP from June 2001 to November 2022. In this role, they were responsible for investigating, purchasing, and executing successful renovations and sales of residential properties. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Michigan from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Todd Calloway has also attained certifications as a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the State of Michigan and as a Licensed Residential Builder from the same institution.
