Daniel Shin

Daniel Shin is an experienced producer with a focus on technology, culture, and the economy, currently serving as the Producer for Marketplace Tech at Marketplace by APM since October 2016. Prior roles include Dayside Producer I and Associate Producer for Marketplace Morning Report, as well as Floating Producer for various Marketplace programs. Daniel has a solid foundation in journalism and production, having worked as a Production Assistant at Marketplace and as an intern with American Public Media. Daniel's early career includes roles such as News Announcer/Editor for tbs eFM in South Korea and Enterprise News Desk Editor for The Sundial at California State University, Northridge. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Mass Communications/Journalism from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Pomona College.
