Jon Gordon

Jon Gordon is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in digital media and news production. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Editor at Marketplace by APM since September 2016, Jon has also held the positions of Senior Editor and Interim Managing Editor. Prior experience includes a significant role as Director of Digital News at Minnesota Public Radio from May 2010 to June 2016, overseeing all digital news content and operations. Additional roles at Minnesota Public Radio involved managing social media and innovative digital projects. Earlier in his career, Jon served as a National Host/Producer for American Public Media, creating and producing a daily technology report. His career began at South Dakota Public Broadcasting as a Reporter/Announcer. Jon Gordon holds educational qualifications from Macalester College and the University of South Dakota.
