Roxanne Quinlan

Roxanne Quinlan is a General Counsel and Head of Legal at Marketplacer since April 2021. Roxanne is also a Charter Member at TechGC since January 2023. Previously, Roxanne worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Capital[b] from July 2020 to April 2021, and as a Legal Counsel at eBay from November 2013 to May 2017. Prior to that, Roxanne was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons specializing in intellectual property and commercial contracts from July 2008 to November 2013. Roxanne holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from University of Edinburgh Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hon in International Relations majoring in Chinese Studies from Bond University.
