Pratibha Kamat

Pratibha Kamat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pratibha currently serves as the Lead Growth Partner at MarketsandMarkets™, a global market research firm where they identify clients' problem statements and provides consulting practices to help them achieve incremental revenue. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Consultant at Exioms Technology from 2016 to 2019. Pratibha also has experience as an Area Sales Manager at Opinio, where they were responsible for business development, account management, and market research. Pratibha started their career as a Summer Intern at Creative Neurons Pte Ltd., where they conducted market research and developed marketing plans. Pratibha's earlier experience includes working as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2011 to 2013.

Pratibha Kamat completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of International Business from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Diploma Certification in Japanese from Savitribai Phule Pune University in February 2021, JLPT N5 Certification from Japan Education Society in August 2019, and a Certificate Course in Japanese Language from the University of Pune in April 2019. Furthermore, they also hold certifications in Capstone Business Simulation and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Business Capstone Simulation (Capsim) and Benchmark Six Sigma, respectively.
