Shae Erhart Hill has had a diverse range of work experiences. Shae Erhart started their career in 2010 as an Account Manager at Making Memories, where they managed international distributor and national chain accounts. In 2011, they moved to Broadview University, initially working as a High School Admissions Representative before being promoted to Director of Admissions, where they oversaw the sales engine of the university.

After leaving Broadview University, Shae joined VMware in 2014 as a Team Lead for the Virtual Partner Sales Manager team, responsible for maximizing territory sales through channel partners. In 2015, they joined MarketStar as the B2B Partner Operations Manager, overseeing operational efficiency and implementation across the organization.

In 2016, Shae joined NetApp as a Channel Sales & Development Manager at MarketStar, leading and managing the Inside Channel Development, Deal Registration, and Lead Generation teams for the NetApp client. Shae Erhart then returned to MarketStar in 2018 as a Director in the Partner Channels Organization, focusing on driving strategic initiatives and results for clients in the IT industry.

Most recently, Shae has taken on the role of Vice President, Indirect Channel Sales at MarketStar in 2022. In this position, they continue to lead and support multiple lines of business, overseeing partner management, sales engineering, lead generation, and full-cycle sales teams.

Shae Erhart Hill's education history includes a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Accounting from Broadview University in 2012-2013 and an A.A.S. in Accounting and Tax Specialist from Broadview University in 2011-2012. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration from Dixie State University in 2008-2010.
