Sam Babak

Sam Babak is a Medical Oncologist currently affiliated with Markham Stouffville Hospital since July 2018. Previously served as a Medical Oncology Clinical Fellow at St. Michael's Hospital and a Neuro-Oncology Clinical Fellow at The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation from July 2017 to June 2018. Completed a Medical Oncology Fellowship at Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2015 to 2017 and worked as an Internist/Hospitalist at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton in early 2015. Earlier roles included Medical Registrar positions at Gold Coast University Hospital and Nambour General Hospital, as well as General Practitioner at Mobin Clinic from 2004 to 2007. Education credentials include FRCPC in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology from Memorial University, and an MD from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.
