Fawzi abu Rous

Fawzi Abu Rous is a Medical Oncologist at Henry Ford Health since July 2020, specializing in thoracic oncology, clinical trials, drug development, and biomarker research. Fawzi serves as Chief Fellow and committee member for organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), contributing to the ASCO Stage IV NSCLC Living Guideline Panel and ASCO Trainee Council. In September 2024, Fawzi will take on the role of Clinical Assistant Professor with Michigan State University, following prior educational contributions as a tutor in Internal Medicine. Fawzi's residency experience includes training at MD Anderson Cancer Center and general practice in the Jordanian Royal Medical Services. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Jordan and completion of Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology training at Michigan State University and Henry Ford Health, respectively.
