Yenni Lemieux

Yenni Lemieux is a seasoned human resources professional with over 30 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Leader at Marki Microwave since 2018, Yenni partners strategically with executive leadership, providing expertise on HR policies and practices. Prior to this, Yenni held the position of Human Resources Manager at Jabil from 1998 to 2018, where contributions included the successful startup of the San Jose Operations site and the implementation of comprehensive HR programs. Yenni also managed HR operations at Sanmina and served in multiple HR management roles at Pragmatech Inc and Presentation Technologies, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from California State University - East Bay.
