Won Kim

Won Kim is a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Markit Social since May 2023, previously serving as a Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern. Responsibilities include designing an event management feature for a web application using React and integrating a dark mode feature through custom React hooks. At Tufts JumboCode, Won Kim contributes as a Full-Stack Developer, creating a mobile scheduling app for Potencia and a web application for The Legacy Project, and developing a MongoDB schema in TypeScript. Experience as a Research Assistant in Tufts University's Human-Computer Interaction Lab includes creating an interactive website for a mental workload study and enhancing a chess study website's data collection functionality. As a Teaching Assistant, Won Kim supported over 40 students in calculus-based physics. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Astrophysics at Tufts University, following a High School Diploma from The American School in Japan.
