Sean Flanigan CBCP, EBCP, CM-LC, CCM, CSI, Lean Master has a long and varied career in the construction industry. Sean began their career in 1995 as an MEP Coordinator for the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. Sean then moved to Morse Diesel International in 1997 as an MEP Coordinator and Superintendent for the Providence Place Mall and Omni Parker House Hotel. In 2000, they joined AMEC as an MEP Project Manager for the Logan International Airport International Gateway Facility, Terminal E. In 2004, they joined URS Corporation as a Construction Manager and Commissioning Manager for the IRS Service Center, DCAM Energy and Water Efficiency Conservation Program, and USPS Springfield BMC Expansion/Interior (FSS Deployment) Project. In 2012, they joined CDR Maguire Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, Business Development and Marketing. In 2017, they joined Heery International, Inc. as a Senior Construction Project Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Markley as a Senior MEP Project Manager for the Lowell Building 1 Phase I, the Lowell MA tenant improvement and build out, and the design assist project. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for pre-construction planning, MEP/FP systems, coordination and commissioning, value engineering, life cycle analysis, buildability, and coordination reviews. Sean has also provided assistance to business development groups with the development of proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Sean Flanigan has a varied educational history, having attended multiple institutions and obtained a wide range of certifications. Sean attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2005 to 2018, where they studied Engineering Professional Development. In 2011, they attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Sean also attended Building Science Institute in 2013 to study Introduction to Building Science, MicroCAD Training and Consulting in 2011 to study AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM), Peterson's School of Engineering in 2011 to study Fire Alarm, American Trainco from 2010 to 2013 to study Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology, Scaffold Training Institute in 2009 to study Scaffold Safety, Capital Safety/DBI Sala in 2008 to study Fall Protection, and University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005 to 2006 to study Building Commissioning. Sean also attended Northeastern University from 1986 to 2005 to study Construction Project Management, UC San Diego from 2003 to 2004 to study Federal OSHA Safety, and Northern Essex Community College from 1990 to 1992 to study CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. In 1986, they also attended Northeastern University to study HVAC System Design.
