Brian is responsible for client mission delivery and business development activities in the West region and plays a key role in recruiting efforts and employee onboarding to the program. Brian directly supports the NRO customer as the Site Lead Manager and is responsible for multiple, mission-critical infrastructure programs.

He manages both Markon and SAIC engineers and project managers for facilities project management. He is also the contract manager for the CONCORD program.

Brian is an experienced Construction Manager and Facilities Consultant with 16 years dedicated to industrial construction and facility infrastructure improvements ranging from $100,000 to $33 million. His expertise includes risk management, project coordination and communications, construction methods and procedures.

Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Manager for a range of government clients including the Intelligence Community. He provided oversight in the roles of Site Lead and Facilities Consultant. He managed construction and facilities projects.

Brian earned his bachelor's degree in construction management at Colorado State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster. AP certification.
