Jeff Edelson

Jeff Edelson is a seasoned litigation partner and attorney at Markowitz Herbold PC, where employment since October 1991 includes a focus on business litigation related to competitive injury, contract law, and employment law. Jeff prosecutes and defends claims involving the Trade Secrets Act, employment noncompetition agreements, and various business tort claims, as well as securities litigation. In addition, Jeff serves as a shareholder at Markowitz Herbold Glade & Mehlhaf, P.C., a law firm specializing in commercial, employment, and real estate litigation. Prior experience includes serving as a law clerk for Honorable George E. Juba and Robert C. at the United States District Court from 1987 to 1991. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Lafayette College.
