Aaron So

Aaron So is the Head of Europe Franchise at Marks and Spencer, responsible for expanding the company's clothing and food offerings across more than 15 markets in mainland Europe, Türkiye, and CIS since March 2022. Previously, Aaron served as Head of Group Strategy at Marks and Spencer, leading a central team to align strategic priorities across various business sectors. Other notable roles include Chief of Staff to the Co CEO at Marks and Spencer, P&L ownership for Amazon's Europe Private Brands, Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group specializing in retail and consumer goods, Group Strategy Associate at Woolworths Group, and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Aaron holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
