Andrew Newnham is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience leading transformation initiatives in diverse corporate environments. Currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer at Marks and Spencer since April 2019, Andrew has focused on enhancing the operating model and capability of the Procurement function for goods not for resale, while also leading initiatives to boost Working Capital. Prior to M&S, Andrew held several key positions at ITV, including Director of Business Efficiency & Group Procurement, where a multi-phase transformation of the Procurement function was accomplished. Experience also includes leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank, Vodafone, British Airways PLC, and BT, contributing to procurement strategy development and process optimization. Andrew holds a First Class BA in Economics from the University of Sussex and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
