Angela Young

Angela Young currently serves as the Head of People at Marks and Spencer, a role held since November 2022. Prior to this, Angela was the People & Culture Director at Lucid Group from October 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading the development of the Group’s Sustainability and Culture Strategy. Angela's extensive tenure at Marks and Spencer since 1996 included numerous leadership roles, such as Global Head of Performance, Recognition, Wellbeing and Employee Relations, and Chief People Officer, where key achievements involved steering significant transformation in employee engagement, wellbeing, and compliance across various regions.
