Chandni Chhatralia

Chandni Chhatralia currently serves as the Marketing Controls Manager for Financial Services at Marks and Spencer since September 2025. Previously, Chandni held roles including Business Compliance Manager at Revolut and Risk and Compliance Manager at Gen H. Chandni's earlier experience spans nearly nine years at the Financial Conduct Authority, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate in various roles within the Retail Banking and Lending sectors. Prior to that, Chandni worked as an Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service and gained legal experience as a Paralegal at both Shupak & Co and Bartram & Co Solicitors, specializing in commercial, corporate, employment, and immigration law. Chandni holds an LLB Honours degree from Brunel University of London and has further legal education from BPP Law School.
