Emma Penn

Emma Penn is an experienced professional in executive reward and governance, currently serving as the Executive Pay Governance Manager and Executive Reward Manager at Marks and Spencer since January 2020. Emma has also been a Trustee at Arundel and Downland Community Leisure Trust since November 2018.
