Neil Phillips has extensive experience in the retail sector, particularly with Marks and Spencer since July 1998, where roles have included Head of Online Commercial for Clothing & Home, Head of Brands Online, and Head of Digital Retail Operations, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Phillips has also held various leadership positions such as Head of Post Purchase Experience and New Channels Development Lead, overseeing both digital and in-store operations. Earlier, Phillips served as Store Manager and Commercial Manager, handling significant retail KPIs and store refurbishments. Additionally, involvement with the Oxford Summer School from August 2005 to October 2013 included serving as Chairman of the Foundation Programme and participating as a Committee Member & Group Director. Phillips holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire, earned between 1996 and 2000.
