Rachel Higham

Rachel Higham currently serves as the Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Marks and Spencer, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Rachel held the role of Chief Information Officer at WPP from December 2020 to June 2024. Experience at BT as Managing Director of IT and MD Asia for BT Technology spanned from December 2015 to November 2020. Prior to BT, Rachel was Head of Cloud & Infrastructure Centre of Excellence at Vodafone between December 2013 and December 2015. Career beginnings included roles at Chubb as Chief Enterprise Architect and Head of Global Application Development & Global Data Centre from October 2007 to November 2013, and as Lead Change Programme Manager at M&S Bank from November 2003 to October 2007. Rachel holds a BA Hons in Accountancy Studies from the University of Exeter, obtained from 1992 to 1995.
