Taron van der Berg

Taron van der Berg is a skilled product developer specializing in the dairy sector, currently working at Marks and Spencer since October 2023. Previously held the position of New Product Development Manager at Lions Prep from November 2022 to October 2023, and has extensive experience in product development roles at Dishpatch, where responsibilities included progression from Product Development Associate to Product Development Manager from August 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior New Product Development Technologist at Artisan Raw, along with managerial and educational positions in diverse settings. Taron holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Greenwich, complemented by an Honours degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Genetics, both from the University of Cape Town.
