Neha Patil

Neha Patil is a UX Researcher and Designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Currently employed at Marlabs Inc. since June 2020, Neha is spearheading the legacy system modernization for a prominent U.S. supermarket chain. Previously, at Solü Technology Partners, from March 2021 to April 2024, Neha managed the end-to-end redesign and optimization of Wegmans' Pricing system, utilizing user insights to enhance efficiency and establish a cohesive UI design system. Neha's earlier roles included conducting user research for diabetes patients at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and supporting UX strategies at The Polis Center. With a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Neha has demonstrated a commitment to improving user experiences across digital platforms.
