Rick McCaffrey

Rick McCaffrey has a diverse work experience in corporate development, M&A, and integration. Rick has held various senior roles in companies such as Marlabs LLC, Concord, ReSource Pro, EXL, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Credit Suisse, Westar Capital/Westar Energy, and AICPA. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for sourcing and executing numerous acquisitions, building relationships, and implementing strategies to drive growth and maximize profits. Rick has also played a key role in divestiture and shut down of non-core assets in order to optimize company operations. Overall, Rick McCaffrey brings a wealth of experience in corporate development and has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Rick McCaffrey has a strong educational background with a focus on finance and accounting. Rick obtained their MBA in Strategy & Finance from Georgetown University in 2005. Before that, Rick pursued a joint study abroad program at Trinity College Dublin, studying International Economics and Finance. In 1999, they received their BBA in Finance & Accounting from Washburn University. Additionally, Rick has obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
