Shibu Varghese

Shibu Varghese currently serves as the AVP of Client Relations & Operations at Marlabs LLC, a position held since December 2001. In this strategic role, Shibu leads business operations for a fast-paced IT consulting firm, overseeing sales, operations, and compliance. Shibu has successfully contributed to growing and stabilizing a revenue stream of $110 million annually, achieving an average growth rate of 20% year over year for the past 15 years. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Operations Manager at Marlabs, focusing on recruiting IT talents and expanding the client portfolio in the US, and as a Territory Sales Manager at MRF from April 1990 to March 1998. Shibu holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application from ACE Computers and an educational background from Bangalore University.
