Kim Rock McNeil

Kim Rock McNeil currently serves as the Interim Assistant Director of Plant & Operations at Marlboro College, overseeing facilities and staff for a community of approximately 250 individuals. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Assistant Director of Plant & Operations at the same institution and gained diverse experience as a Bookkeeper and Facilities Coordinator at the Brattleboro Pastoral Counseling Center, where responsibilities included medical bookkeeping and managing facility maintenance. Additional experience includes serving as Facilities and Events Coordinator at Walpole Unitarian Church, handling administrative tasks, office management, and event planning, as well as contributing to Windham County Farm to School as an Educator and program developer. Kim Rock McNeil holds a Montessori Training degree from the Center for Montessori Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Art History from Fordham University.
