Caitlin McInerney has held various roles at different companies throughout their work experience. Caitlin began their career as a Summer Rotational Intern at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2006. Caitlin then worked as a Summer Intern at Rpr Marketing Communications in 2008 and later became an Account Coordinator at the same company from 2009 to 2010. Caitlin then joined The Ross School District as a Classroom Aide in their One on One Program from 2010 to 2013. In 2015, they joined Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan as an Adaptations Social Coordinator and later moved on to become the Director of Adaptations, Senior Director of Adaptations, and currently serves as the Director of Partnerships and Future Planning Initiatives at the 40+ Center for Special Needs.

Caitlin McInerney attended The Chapin School from 1992 to 2005 and earned their High School Diploma. Caitlin then went on to Fairfield University from 2005 to 2009, where they received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Later, they pursued their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Social Work from New York University, completing it from 2014 to 2016.
