Stephen Emmott

Stephen Emmott has over three decades of experience in financial management and strategic leadership within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Interim Managing Director at Marley Pipe Systems since June 2018, Stephen has focused on implementing strategies to revitalize the business and manage significant operational shifts, including the closure of a non-profitable division. Prior roles include Change Consultant for Glynwed Pipe Systems in Shanghai and Vice President of Master Distribution for Aliaxis SA, where responsibility encompassed a €170 million division across multiple regions. Notable achievements also include managing substantial integration processes during acquisitions and leading restructuring efforts in various manufacturing operations. Stephen’s educational background includes degrees in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and further management training at Vlerick Business School.
