Helio Guzman Jr.

Helio G. has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to production, operations, and supply chain management. Helio'smost recent position was as the Head of Production & Operations US at Marley Spoon, a role they have held since August 2020. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Curaleaf. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Senior Operations Manager US at HelloFresh. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Managing Director at BTU Solutions, Regional Director of Operations at The Briad Group, and Managing Director of Operations at Eagle Rock Group of Companies. Helio also has experience as a Director of Manufacturing Operations at Sorbent Products Co Inc, a Production Manager at Blinds To Go, and an Operations Manager at Roma Foods.

Later, in 2003, Helio attended Raritan Valley Community College for Engineering/Industrial Management, but did not complete a degree program. Helio also pursued a field of study in Engineering/Industrial Management at an unspecified time, again without attaining a degree, from Rutgers University.

In 2022, Helio enrolled at the University of Phoenix to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance, expected to be completed in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Helio has obtained numerous certifications, including Asbestos Operations and Maintenance - NAETI from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) from the NJ Department of Health, Food Handler Certificate from the NJ Department of Health, HACCP from the SQF Institute, Lean Manufacturing Certification from Raritan Valley Community College, OSHA30 from the American Safety Council, Inc, SQF Practitioner from the SQF Institute, ServSafe from HelloFresh and The Briad Restaurant Group, and Train the Trainer from the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.
