Herve Sezerano has a diverse work experience. Herve started their career as a Product Design and Development Project member at Ashland in August 2018, where they were responsible for designing a mechanical powder containment system. Herve utilized 3D Finite Element Analysis for optimization and determined vibration frequencies for optimal flow rate. In December 2016, Herve joined UREC as a Student Manager, overseeing facility operations and staff management. At the University of Arkansas, they worked as a Graduate Assistant from January 2020 to May 2021. Currently, Herve is employed at Marley Spoon, where they have held several roles, including Operations and Supply Chain Rotational Program, Special Operations, and currently serves as an Operations Project Manager.
