Karan Gupta

Karan Gupta has a diverse range of work experience over the years. Karan is currently the Global Head of CRM at Marley Spoon starting from February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Grover as the Head of Retention from February 2021 to January 2022 and as the Head of CRM from September 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they founded CoachedMe in 2018 and served as the Founder until 2019. Karan also had a role as an Interim VP Growth at multiple hyper-growth and early-stage ventures from June 2017 to May 2018. Karan founded CommunityTalkies in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Karan also served as the Chief of Staff (Senior Manager) at The Times Group from January 2013 to March 2015. Karan worked as a Business Consultant at Transcendent Financial Services (Start-up) from November 2011 to December 2012. Additionally, they gained valuable experience during their time as a Global MBA Candidate at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they worked as a Product Marketing Consultant and Change Management Consultant. Prior to that, they interned as an eMBA Summer Intern at Endeavor Global. Their earliest work experience was as a Market Research Analyst (Client - Gartner) at WNS Global Services from January 2008 to June 2009.

Karan Gupta has a strong educational background in marketing and technology. Karan completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Marketing from Robert Gordon University in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing & Strategy from Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they successfully obtained in 2011. Karan started their undergraduate studies in 2002 and completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics & Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Karan Gupta has also obtained additional certifications. In February 2019, they completed the "Complete SQL Bootcamp" certification from Udemy. Furthermore, in May 2016, they obtained the "Google Analytics Individual Certification" from Google. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to constantly upgrading their skills and staying up to date with industry trends.
