Holly Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Holly began their career as a Customer Service Intern at COPAC, Inc. in 2006. Holly later worked at New London Communications, Inc. as a Graphic Design Intern in 2007. Holly then returned to COPAC, Inc. as an Account Manager from 2008 to 2012, where they handled customer inquiries, managed inventory, and coordinated production and shipment of orders. In 2012, they joined MARLEYLILLY, where they held various roles including Customer Support from 2012 to 2013, Marketing Director from 2013 to 2022, and currently as the Senior Director of Customer Experience. Holly'sresponsibilities at MARLEYLILLY involve ensuring exceptional customer experience and overseeing marketing strategies. Throughout their career, Holly has demonstrated strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
